Mollie is a physician assistant in the Washington University Living Well Center®. She uses lifestyle medicine to treat musculoskeletal disorders with an added focus on addressing the underlying conditions that are often barriers to patient's success such as diabetes, obesity, mood disorders and cardiovascular disease. Mollie collaborates with individuals to conduct lifestyle assessments and evidence-based interventions, which may include elements of plant-predominant nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, mental health, behavioral changes, weight loss and avoidance of substance use. She conducts assessments with a whole-body approach. She also offers appointments for nutritional counseling.
