What to Expect
Visits
Your initial visit includes a thorough evaluation and discussion of your symptoms. We will answer your questions and provide detailed recommendations for you and your PCP. Our goal is to deliver high-quality care while empowering you and your PCP to manage your Long COVID symptoms together. Follow-up visits are typically scheduled on an as-needed basis.
Medications
The clinic provides medication-related recommendations for you and your PCP. To ensure safe, coordinated care, all prescriptions and refills should be managed by your PCP.
Disability Forms
All disability and work-related forms (e.g., work accommodations, return-to-work, or restriction forms) should be completed by your PCP, who can best document your functional status over time. The clinic provides detailed clinical notes to support this process when appropriate. If needed, your PCP may collaborate with rehabilitation therapists to complete these forms accurately and efficiently.
