Studying the impact of the rapid dissemination of transcatheter technology (e.g., TAVR) on access, outcomes, and resource utilization in cardiac surgery. Evaluating acute postoperative opioid prescribing and new persistent opioid use in cardiothoracic surgical patients, as well as adult cardiac and aortic surgery clinical outcomes.
