Research Interests

Evaluating novel therapeutics for lung cancer in the preclinical and clinical settings, and identifying predictive biomarkers and assessing drug combinations using both in vitro and in vivo tumor models; studying how the master transcription factors (ASCL1, NEUROD1, POU2F3, and YAP1) regulate tumor growth, drug resistance, and immune responses in small cell lung cancer; and identifying molecular markers in circulating tumor cells for risk prediction of brain metastasis in lung cancer.
