Sean D. McEvoy, MD

Dr. Sean McEvoy is a WashU Medicine board-certified pediatric neurosurgeon and associate professor of neurosurgery and pediatrics who specializes in the management of brain and spine tumors, neurotrauma, congenital malformations, hydrocephalus, spina bifida (including fetal surgery), tethered cord and movement disorders including spasticity and dystonia. He cares for patients at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where he provides comprehensive pediatric neurosurgical treatment.

He is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for children with complex neurological conditions through coordinated multidisciplinary management. In recognition of his commitment to exceptional patient care, Dr. McEvoy received the Physician Recognition Award from BJC HealthCare.
