As a therapist, I use a holistic approach to understand each patient and identify the factors that may be preventing them from living their best life. My professional experience includes an internship at an inpatient women’s substance abuse facility, followed by seven years at BJC Behavioral Health as a Clinical Case Manager and later as a full-time therapist, providing care to individuals ranging from the “worried well” to those experiencing severe mental health challenges.

I developed a special interest in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including leading skills-based groups and providing individual therapy. While my experience includes working with a broad range of mental health concerns, my areas of focus include emotion regulation difficulties, sleep issues, generalized anxiety, ADHD, workplace stress, interpersonal relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach incorporates a variety of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I emphasis a balanced, whole-person perspective, fully recognizing that multiple areas of life can influence mental and emotional well-being.
