The board-certified adult dermatologists at WashU Medicine are experts in the team-based treatment of skin cancer, including lymphoma, through Siteman Cancer Center. We also treat the skin-related side effects of other cancer treatments and are pioneers in the use of intralesional therapy.

Intralesional therapy

Using intralesional therapy, our dermatologists precisely administer treatment to shrink tumors and stimulate the immune system to attack them. We specialize in intralesional therapy for specific types of skin cancer.

Mohs micrographic surgery

Our dermatologic surgeons are fellowship trained and board certified in both dermatology and micrographic surgery/dermatologic oncology and work with plastic surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons and radiation oncologists to coordinate care for patients with complex skin cancers.

Mole Mapping

The use of photography to track mole development over time is called mole mapping. WashU Medicine dermatologists use mapping to assist in identifying skin cancer.
