Dr. Brown is a WashU Medicine plastic and reconstructive surgeon and is fellowship-trained in hand surgery. She specializes in the treatment of hand and wrist arthritis, fractures, tendinopathies, and upper extremity nerve disorders, as well as acute hand and wrist trauma, including tendon and nerve injuries. She also treats wounds and skin cancers of the upper extremity, torso, back, groin and lower extremity.

Dr. Brown is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care while focusing on functional outcomes. Her patient care philosophy centers around educating patients about their condition and treatment options while working realistically with their goals and accommodating their restrictions and limitations.
