Ksenija Kos, MD

Dr. Kos is a WashU Medicine physician who is board-certified in neurology and electrodiagnostic medicine and fellowship-trained in neuromuscular disorders. Her clinical practice includes the evaluation and treatment of broad range of neurologic conditions, including cognitive concerns, dizziness and balance disorders, headache and migraine management, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, myopathy, neurologic complications of systemic disease and neuropathy.

Dr. Kos is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with neurologic conditions. Her approach emphasizes careful listening, clear communication, accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment and individualized care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Her patient care philosophy is centered on partnership with patients and families. She believes that excellent neurologic care requires not only clinical expertise, but also kindness, clarity, education and support as patients navigate complex and often life-changing conditions.

Dr. Kos is committed to clinical excellence, medical education, mentorship and collaboration. She is passionate about training the next generation of physicians, strengthening medical education and building connections between medical communities in the United States and Croatia through her nonprofit work with CROMed-USA.
